They have no proof none whatsoever. There is a camera on the roof of Lord and Taylor pointing right at the blast sight and the Governor said that video shows proof, But that video is no where to be found. Everything is assumption and fabrication, based on a lie. and as if he didn't know about miranda rights and keeping silent. And as if he didn't know about cars could travel interstate.
And who is the carjacking victim that doesn't want to be known? A likely story.
